Postal Address Policy
The Alumni Association maintains a list consisting of HLCS Alumni Names and Postal Addresses. This list will be used by the Alumni Officers and Trustees to deliver the HLCS Alumni Newsletter and related Alumni information to you that the Officers and Trustees feel you should receive. The Alumni Association may choose to give class reunion organizers (when requested by the organizers) the list of Names and Postal Addresses specific to that class only. Unless requested by a Court of Law, these are the ONLY ways the Alumni Association will knowingly use your Name and Postal Address. The Alumni Association has no control over how class reunion organizers use your Name and Postal Address. The Officers and Trustees have no control over your transmission of your information over the internet.
